Gentherm: merger with Modine should significantly boost growth, cross-selling and margins by 2030

Morgan Automotive Conference Gentherm presented plans for the proposed merger with Modine, which the combined company is expected to generate about $2.6 billion in revenue and an EBITDA margin of over 12% from the start. Management expects cross-selling, geographic expansion (particularly India and China) and product complementarity to drive revenue to more than $3.5 billion and annual EBITDA to over $500 million by 2030.
