GigaCloud announced that a prepaid variable forward contract held by an entity affiliated with CEO Lei Wu for up to 700,000 Class A shares has so far been only partially executed (286,058 shares), with 413,942 shares still outstanding due to unfavorable market conditions. Wu has received internal approvals; the remaining shares may be executed in the next open trading window or, at the latest, by September 30, 2026, and the maximum number of shares remains unchanged. GigaCloud Technology beats profit forecast by wide margin, stock falls anyway
GigaCloud Technology reported Q1 2026 EPS of $1.24 versus $0.83 expected (up 49.4%) and revenue rose 32% to $359.5 million. Net profit was $38 million (net margin 10.6%) and gross margin increased to 23.9%.
