Great Western Mining grants management 7.5 million share options
Great Western Mining has granted 7.5 million share options to directors and employees under the 2014 share option plan. The options have an exercise price of 2.10 pence, run for seven years and are immediately vested; however, exercise requires at least a 50% rise in the share price. Executive Chairman Brian Hall and directors Robert O’Connell and Max Williams each received 2 million options; other directors received 500,000 options each.
