Greenidge secures five-year Title V permit for Dresden power plant
Greenidge reached an agreement with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation that enables a five-year Title V air permit for the Dresden power plant and settles ongoing proceedings. The agreement requires a 44% reduction in permitted emissions by 2030; actual emissions are to fall by 25% by then. In the third quarter the company generated USD 15.2 million in revenue and a net income of USD 12.0 million, but remains unprofitable on a twelve-month basis and carries high debt (USD 63.27 million) with a market capitalization of USD 24.45 million.
