HIVE Digital increased revenue in the first fiscal quarter of 2027 by 73% to $79.1m and returned to positive adjusted EBITDA of $13.4m (previously -$9m). The deal increases BUZZ HPC’s annualized revenue by about $70 million to around $180 million and calls for the deployment of a dedicated AI cluster with 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs, to be commissioned later this year in Merritt, British Columbia.
