Holley shares fall after Canaccord Genuity conference amid lack of catalysts
Holley shares slid 6.3% in the morning to $2.972 after management failed to provide new momentum at the Canaccord Genuity growth conference. CEO Matt Stevenson and CFO Jesse Weaver emphasized the ongoing turnaround, a free cash flow target and debt reduction, but offered no clear evidence of sustainable revenue growth. Analysts have cut the consensus price target in recent weeks from about $4.50 to around $3.50, and the sale of the Scott Drake and Brothers Trucks brands to CJ Pony Parts is seen as a near-term revenue headwind. The stock is trading near the low end of its 52-week range, reflecting continued fragile investor confidence. » More on de.investing.com
Holley posts 3.2% Q2 sales growth; adjusted EBITDA weighed by tariffs
Holley reported Q2 net sales of $172 million, up 3.2% year over year (4.9% on a core basis) as three of four divisions delivered double‑digit core growth. Adjusted EBITDA fell to $33.8 million and margin declined to 19.6%, with management saying tariff-related costs and a prior‑year non‑cash tariff benefit drove the comparison; adjusted EBITDA was roughly flat excluding that prior benefit. Free cash flow rose to $40.9 million aided by an ~$10–11 million tariff refund, and the company continued portfolio simplification, divesting Restoration brands, cutting costs and reducing leverage to 3.74x. Holley reaffirmed its 2026 outlook, completed additional voluntary debt repayment, and expects further margin and cash benefits from its rebalancing and operational initiatives. » More on finance.yahoo.com
Moody's affirms Holley rating at B2 and raises outlook to stable
Moody's affirmed Holley’s Corporate Family Rating at B2, its Probability of Default Rating at B2-PD and its senior bank credit ratings at B2, and changed the outlook from negative to stable. The agency keeps the Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating at SGL-2 and expects Holley to deliver solid profitability, moderate leverage (Debt/EBITDA around 5.0x by end-2026) and positive free cash flow of at least USD 20 million in 2026/2027. Moody’s forecasts slight low-single-digit revenue growth, an EBIT margin of 13.5–14.0% and improvements from portfolio optimization and operational measures. » More on de.investing.com
