Turkish investors reopen former Leiner flagship as Homeland in Vienna

The former Leiner flagship in Vienna-Kagran will reopen on September 19, 2025 under the Homeland brand. The operator is Homeland Center GmbH, whose owners are three entrepreneurs of Turkish origin: Gülle GmbH, Systrade Planungs- und Handels-GmbH and 3points GmbH holding 44.65%, 44.65% and 10.7% respectively. The property belongs to GIM Shopping Center GmbH, in which the same investors are involved with a different share distribution, and the concept focuses on furniture, household goods and home textiles with Fatima Gustafsson as general manager. » More on kurier.at
