Iveco Group: finance and IT board member Anna Tanganelli to leave company after Tata takeover offer

Iveco Group announced that finance and IT board member Anna Tanganelli will leave the company on 2 November 2026. Her departure follows the completion of the public takeover offer from Tata Motors; Tanganelli is moving to another listed company. A search for her successor has been launched, and an appointment will be announced after the process is completed. Iveco Group reports weaker Q3 2025 result after revenue decline and margin pressure

Iveco Group missed expectations in Q3 2025 with adjusted earnings per share of €0.15; consolidated net revenue fell to €3.12bn (-3.6%) and adjusted EBIT dropped to €111m, pushing the margin down to 3.6%. The result was hit mainly by the truck segment due to lower volumes and negative absorption effects, while the bus segment remained stable and Powertrain showed early signs of recovery.
