Menzies Aviation buys G2 for $305 million and becomes world’s largest airport services provider
Menzies Aviation acquired Dallas-based G2 from Tenex Capital Management for $305 million, making it the largest global provider of airport services and doubling its U.S. footprint to 110 airports. The deal expands Menzies’ operations to 350 airports in 65 countries, increases headcount to about 65,000 and is expected to lift group annual revenue by roughly 20% to over $3.1 billion.
