JPMorgan blocks Anthropic AI for employees in Hong Kong

JPMorgan has blocked its employees in Hong Kong from accessing Anthropic's AI models, so the Claude models are no longer selectable from the internal list of approved language models. The decision is based on wording in the terms of use and the licensing agreement with Anthropic. JPMorgan launches Chase retail bank in Germany with 4% savings promotion

The US megabank JPMorgan is bringing its digital consumer bank Chase to Germany, promoting a four-month savings offer at four percent. JPMorgan hires Will Boyle from Morgan Stanley as global head of secondary advisory

JPMorgan has hired Will Boyle from Morgan Stanley to lead its Global Secondary Advisory team in New York; he will report to Keith Canton. Boyle will advise financial sponsors and institutional investors on secondary sales, continuation vehicles and other private market transactions and will work with the M&A team of the Strategic Investors Group. Canton highlights a market opportunity of about $100 billion for GP-led secondary transactions within a secondary market of $200–225 billion; Boyle will work with a global team of more than 40 specialists.
