KSB records lower operating result in second quarter, confirms annual targets

KSB reports a Q2 sales increase of 0.5% to just under €760m, while EBIT fell by just over 6% to €58.5m. The result was weighed down mainly by the pump business in the chemical industry and by a globally challenging environment after the conflict between the US and Iran that flared up in February. Order intake rose by around 2% to just over €836m. KSB increases sales and EBIT in second quarter

KSB generated sales of €760 million in the second quarter of 2026 (+0.5% year-on-year, +6.7% quarter-on-quarter) and an EBIT of €58.5 million after €39.8 million in the first quarter. For the first half-year, sales were €1,471 million; the EBIT margin was 7.7% (prev. yr. 8.3%). Order intake rose to €1,849 million in the first half and to €836 million in the quarter (+2%), driven by strong growth at SupremeServ (+9.6%) and increases in the pumps business; the valves segment recorded a decline. KSB closes record year 2025 with over €3 billion in revenue and unchanged dividend

KSB reports record figures for 2025: order intake rose to €3,203 million, revenue exceeded the €3 billion mark for the first time and EBIT increased to €252.1 million. The management board and supervisory board proposed an unchanged dividend of €26.50 per ordinary share, which the annual general meeting approved. Investments were expanded to around €180 million; the first quarter of 2026 fell short of expectations due to geopolitical upheavals.
