KSB SE to pay dividend of 26.76 EUR per share for 2025

KSB increases stake in ai-omatic to 47 percent and strengthens AI-based service offering

KSB has expanded its stake in Hamburg AI start-up ai-omatic from 5 to 47 percent to deepen collaboration on AI-supported service platforms. ai-omatic’s technology extends KSB’s existing Guard Monitoring Service from pumps to entire machine fleets and industrial plants and enables predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime. KSB emphasizes that the acquisition shortens development times, professionalizes ai-omatic’s market access and strengthens the overall service portfolio for customers. KSB sees strain from Iran war, keeps dividend stable and shares fall sharply

KSB warns that the war in the Middle East is likely to weigh on results in the early months due to higher energy and logistics costs. The company confirmed the previously reported 2025 figures with revenue of around €3 billion and an EBIT of €252 million, as well as a group profit of €166.4 million. For 2026 management expects order intake between €3.1 and €3.5 billion, revenue between €2.9 and €3.2 billion and an EBIT of €220–265 million.
