LiveOne has again met NASDAQ’s minimum bid price requirement after the required minimum price was maintained for the prescribed number of consecutive trading days. The stock then rose 5.1%. The company views regaining compliance as confirmation of its financial and operational stability and expects a broader institutional investor base and higher liquidity as a result. LiveOne received a delisting notice from NASDAQ for failing to meet the $1.00 minimum bid price and was not eligible for a second 180-day extension. The company filed a timely appeal and requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which has suspended the delisting until the process concludes.
