Brian O’Kelley has resigned from LiveRamp’s board of directors with immediate effect; the company said the resignation was not due to disagreements over business operations or practices. LiveRamp bets on AI and data collaboration as growth drivers
At the Morgan Stanley conference LiveRamp presented its strategy: AI is intended to accelerate the data offering and collaboration, the Data Marketplace accounts for around 20% of revenue and is growing in the high double-digit percentage range. Management is targeting the Rule of 40 by 2028 and expects margin expansions of about four percentage points each in the coming years. LiveRamp is introducing a usage-based pricing model with 12-month tokens, expanding into healthcare and the public sector, and aims to simplify the platform for smaller, non-technical users.
