Lyft will release quarterly results for the period ending 30 June 2026 on August 6. Thirty-five analysts expect earnings per share of an average of $0.144 versus $0.100 in the year-ago quarter. On revenue, 38 analysts forecast $1.81 billion, an increase of 13.69% from $1.59 billion a year earlier. Lyft shares fell about 7% after Bleecker Street Research highlighted significant legal risks from class-action lawsuits in a short report. The report estimates the financial exposure at $1.3–2.7 billion, versus only $533 million in reported reserves; Lyft’s available cash is cited at about $1.7 billion. The MDL now encompasses dozens to hundreds of cases, and the first bellwether trial is set for September 30, 2026. Lyft and Curb enable riders in New York City to book licensed taxis directly through the Lyft app. The integration uses the Curb Flow API for dispatches in the categories Standard, Priority Pickup and Wait & Save, while preserving price estimates, driver and vehicle information and Lyft safety features.
