M1 Kliniken boosts revenue, sharply raises dividend and confirms ambitious guidance

M1 Kliniken reports for 2025 a revenue increase of 7.4% to €364.3m and EBIT growth of 29.2% to €34.6m; the beauty clinics recorded revenue growth of 11.2% and an EBIT gain of 41.5%. The dividend is to rise from €0.50 to €1.20 per share, equivalent to a yield of more than 6%. Management reaffirms the mid‑term guidance of €200–300m in revenue and a sustainable EBIT margin of 20% by 2029; acquisitions are not excluded as a growth driver.
