Macquarie International Finance downgraded by S&P to BBB+/A-2 after internal reorganization

S&P Global Ratings has lowered the rating of Macquarie International Finance Limited (MIFL) from A/A-1 to BBB+/A-2, while confirming ratings for other Macquarie entities and assigning a new rating to Macquarie Group Funding (MGF) as a replacement holding.
