Mangoceuticals announces merger with nuclear technology company Nuclea
Mangoceuticals has entered into a definitive combination agreement with Nuclea Energy under which a newly formed subsidiary will merge with Nuclea and the result will be an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Mangoceuticals. Nuclea is developing the lead‑cooled, graphite‑moderated micro‑modular reactor Morpheus, with a power scale of roughly 3.5 MWe to 50 MWe, and envisages applications including data centers, defense facilities and remote communities. The company alleges Clarity failed to deliver a fully functional, HIPAA-compliant ERP and e-commerce platform; Clarity denies the claims and has filed a counterclaim over allegedly unpaid invoices. Mangoceuticals plans up to $100 million Solana treasury via subsidiary Mango DAT
