Middlesex Water names Tatyana Kaplan chief accounting officer as 2025 net income dips to $42.8 million
Middlesex Water hired Tatyana Kaplan as vice president and chief accounting officer, effective March 26; she previously led regulatory accounting for Veolia North America’s regulated utility division. The company reported 2025 net income of $42.8 million and diluted EPS of $2.36, down from $44.3 million and $2.47 a year earlier, while operating revenue rose to $194.7 million. Fourth-quarter net income was $8.6 million with EPS of $0.46.
