Nusatrip Inc. [Common Shares]

Nusatrip has, effective June 2, appointed Loïc Gautier as CFO, Binglin Yu as CTO and Hongwei Zhang (Neil) as CRO. Gautier will receive an annual base salary of 150,000 USD; Yu and Zhang will each receive 55,000 RMB per month; Zhang’s employment begins on June 20 and is performance‑based. Previously, Wallace Tzi Chun Foo did not take up the originally announced CFO position; Ade Irawan was removed as COO as of June 2, with the company denying any disagreements over operational matters. Trading in NusaTrip shares remains suspended on the NASDAQ while the SEC and NASDAQ review regulatory inquiries and document requests. NusaTrip said it is cooperating fully with the authorities and that daily business operations are continuing largely as normal. NusaTrip has entered into a strategic partnership with the Thai online travel agency Gother, under which NusaTrip will provide Gother with its flight inventory. The aim is to expand distribution reach in Thailand and Southeast Asia and to offer a larger selection of airlines, routes and better fares for Gother customers.
