Orion Properties refinances debt with USD 215 million revolving credit facility and extends CMBS loan
Orion Properties has taken out a secured revolving credit facility of USD 215 million maturing on 18 February 2029, replacing an earlier facility of USD 350 million. The interest margin was reduced by 50 basis points to SOFR plus 2.75%; USD 113 million is currently drawn. In addition, the company extended its CMBS loan of USD 355 million from February 2027 to August 2030 at an unchanged fixed rate of 4.971%.
