Partec faces delisting after missing audited financial report and liquidity problems
Deutsche Börse plans to remove Partec shares from regulated trading after the audited annual financial statements were not submitted; from December 4 only off-exchange trading will be possible. Investors are alarmed: market value fell over the year from €1.4 billion to around €140 million, Partec’s liquid funds amounted to only €288,000 at the end of June 2024, and there have been repeated delayed salary payments as well as halted major projects. Partec sues Nvidia over patent infringements on DGX servers and raises antitrust concerns
The German supercomputer manufacturer Partec has sued Nvidia at the Munich Federal Patent Court over alleged patent infringements on DGX systems and has sought sales bans in several European countries. Partec also alleges that Nvidia’s conduct may have competition and antitrust implications.
