The transaction, which is intended to create a listed energy company to develop Greenland’s resources, is expected to close around March 24, 2026. March GL will finance up to two exploration wells in the Jameson oil and gas basin and, via 80 Mile, will acquire up to 70% of the basin in return; March GL will be field operations manager.
