PYX Resources postpones 2025 annual report and suspends share trading

PYX Resources cannot publish the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 by the 30 April deadline and requires additional time to finalise and audit the accounts in cooperation with auditors Pitcher Partners. The company has applied for a temporary suspension of trading on the London Stock Exchange and suspension of the listing on the Official List; the suspension is to take effect on 1 May at 07:30.
