Quantum X Labs reports that its updated AI-powered decoder outperformed the benchmarks of the “Matching-Family” (Correlated-Matching, PyMatching) in tests on Google’s public surface-code dataset. The decoder was trained exclusively on synthetic data, which the company says supports its generalizability to real experimental syndrome data. Quantum X Labs has completed a successful demonstration of a quantum-assisted analysis of real clinical trial data in its own quantum simulation environment. The platform, operated via the subsidiary CliniQuantum, enables quantum-optimized sampling for continuous probability distributions, processes data end-to-end within a single system, and is designed for high-dimensional biomedical datasets.
