Quipt Home Medical’s stock climbed about 36% in premarket trading after a definitive agreement was announced for a takeover by a special-purpose vehicle financed by Kingswood Capital Management and Forager Capital Management. The all-cash deal values Quipt at roughly $260 million including debt; shareholders are to receive $3.65 per share, representing a 162% premium to the unaffected price on May 19, 2025.
