RideNow Group secures $10 million through subordinated loans for early repayment

RideNow Group has entered into unsecured subordinated loan agreements totalling $10 million with Stone House Capital Management, Face Canyon and Mark Tkach to prepay outstanding amounts under its senior credit agreement. The promissory notes carry 13% p.a. interest, are due on August 31, 2028, are subordinated to the senior loan and were accompanied by amended warrants with a new exercise price and term.
