Senseonics has completed a second amendment to its loan agreement with Hercules Capital, increasing the maximum credit line from $100 million to $140 million. The expansion includes near-term commitments of $20 million ( $10 million already drawn, $10 million expected on May 6) and up to $85 million in future tranches, with a final, undrawn $60 million tranche requiring investment committee approval.
