SHS Viveon AG to be acquired by Sidetrade AG through a squeeze-out

SHS Viveon AG has signed a merger agreement with Sidetrade AG, under which all of its assets will be transferred to Sidetrade. As part of the merger, the shares held by minority shareholders of SHS Viveon AG will be transferred to Sidetrade in exchange for a cash compensation to be determined.
