SKF announces joint venture with Leaderdrive in China for robot gearboxes

SKF will form a joint venture in China with robot components manufacturer Leaderdrive and will hold 60% of the shares. The joint venture is to produce high-precision gearbox components for joints of humanoid robots and begin operations at the end of 2026. The initial target is the Chinese market, with later use of SKF’s international sales network for Europe, Japan and the USA. SKF Group approves dividend of SEK 7.75 for 2025
