SPIE has signed a three-year European framework agreement with Tesla to implement Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The contract applies to SPIE subsidiaries with BESS installation capabilities and standardizes legal and operational conditions for Tesla Megapack projects. SPIE will provide engineering, balance-of-plant services, high- and medium-voltage connections, additional system installation and commissioning, building on references in Belgium, the Netherlands and France. SPIE generated €7.5bn in revenue in the first nine months of 2025, up 5.4% (organic 2.2%, acquisitions 3.6%). For 2025 the company confirms revenue above €10bn and a targeted EBITA margin of at least 7.6%, and proposes a dividend of around 40%. Regional differences shaped the result: Germany and Northwest Europe grew strongly, while France and Global Services Energy underperformed.
