At the annual general meeting Spirax-Sarco Engineering approved a £1.70 dividend for 2025, an increase of around 3.03% versus the prior year, with a total of £122.80m to be paid to shareholders. The dividend yield for 2025 is 2.49% (prior year 2.41%) and the share will trade ex-dividend.
