Temenos launches share buyback programme of up to CHF 100 million

Temenos is launching a new share buyback programme of up to CHF 100 million, which begins on 13 August 2026 and is to be executed via the ordinary trading line no later than 26 February 2027. The repurchased shares will be used for employee programmes and to finance possible acquisitions. The buyback will be financed from free cash flow, and Temenos expects leverage at the end of 2026 to be within its target range of 1.0–1.5x net debt/adjusted EBITDA. Temenos wins GO Telecom as customer for digital lending platform in Saudi Arabia

Temenos is supplying its Temenos Core and Temenos Digital for Retail Banking solutions to the GO Telecom Group for the new digital lending platform "GO Money". The implementation covers lending, loan servicing, collections, anti-money laundering and Islamic finance.
