Templeton Emerging Markets secures revolving multi-currency credit facility of £122 million

Templeton Emerging Markets has completed a revolving multi-currency credit facility of £122 million with the London branch of the Bank of Nova Scotia, replacing an existing facility of the same size. The facility is rolling, with a termination right after one year and a commercial terms review every three years. Interest: margin of 0.95% p.a. over the relevant market reference rate; unused amounts incur a commitment fee of 0.325% p.a.
