Thomson Reuters announced the pricing of a public U.S. bond offering of $1.3 billion and a Canadian private placement of about C$1 billion. In the U.S., TR Finance LLC is issuing $800 million (5.100%, maturing 2028) and $500 million (5.750%, maturing 2033). In Canada, bonds of C$350 million (4.130%, 2029), C$350 million (4.480%, 2031) and floating-rate notes of C$300 million (CORRA+0.76%, 2029) are being placed; both transactions are expected to close on September 17, 2026.
