Toro completes acquisition of Tornado Infrastructure Equipment for CAD 279 million
The Toro Company has completed the acquisition of Tornado Infrastructure Equipment in Calgary for CAD 279 million. The transaction was paid in cash using existing credit facilities and additional financing. Toro expects the acquisition to contribute slightly positively to adjusted earnings per share in the first year and plans annual cost synergies of about USD 3 million, along with further revenue and working-capital improvements.
