Strong quarterly results and split review lift Valmet share

Valmet reported Q2 net sales up 6% to €1.32bn and a comparable EBITA increase of 6% to €152m, both beating consensus estimates; the EBITA margin remained stable at 11.5%. Valmet reports strong order growth, presents strategy "Lead the Way"

Valmet recorded an organic order increase of 21% in the second quarter of 2025 to €1.5bn, while sales declined to €1.2bn (-6%). The comparable EBITDA margin improved to 11.5% and the order backlog rose 20% to €4.7bn.
