WiseTech Global reports record revenue, weak outlook sends shares down about 6%

WiseTech Global posted record revenue of AUD 1.3959 billion (+79%) in fiscal 2026 and adjusted EBITDA of AUD 644.5 million; adjusted earnings per share rose to AUD 0.94. Growth and cash flow were supported by the consolidation of e2open, cost reductions and expansion of CargoWise, but the adjusted EBITDA margin fell to 46%. For 2027 management forecasts revenue growth of 6–10% (AUD 1.48–1.54 billion) and adjusted EBITDA between AUD 725 million and AUD 780 million, expecting only gradual margin improvement. WiseTech stock falls after ACCC search — governance concerns return

Shares of WiseTech fell about 13% on Wednesday after the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) searched company premises seeking documents and electronic data. WiseTech said it would fully cooperate, but the ACCC did not disclose the focus of the probe. WiseTech founder Richard White steps down as chairman

With immediate effect, Richard White has handed the chairmanship of WiseTech to independent director Raelene Murphy and remains on the board as an executive director and chief innovation officer. The company cited a sharpened focus on growth and succession planning and distractions from recent media allegations against White, which he denies.
