XtalPi closes drug partnership with potential value of more than $400 million

XtalPi has agreed with an international biopharma company to co-develop a small-molecule GPCR drug to treat metabolic disorders. The partnership includes an upfront payment, full funding of early R&D, plus preclinical, clinical and commercial milestones and license payments, which could push the total value above $400 million. XtalPi previously ran a pilot phase with its quantum-physics and AI algorithms and is now using its XFEP and structure-based design platform for project development.
