Rein Therapeutics terminates financing pacts with Yorkville without penalties
Rein Therapeutics has terminated its Pre-Paid Advance Agreement and Standby Equity Purchase Agreement with Yorkville; according to an SEC filing, the company will incur no penalties or fees.
