Young & Co.'s Brewery has reviewed the £10m share buyback program launched in November and has so far acquired 190,314 shares for about £1.1m. Because of low liquidity, daily repurchase limits were adjusted with brokers so that purchases may now exceed 25% of average daily trading volume but remain below 50%. Young & Co.’s Brewery has launched a £10 million share buyback programme focused on A ordinary shares and predominantly on non‑voting ordinary shares. All shares acquired will be cancelled to reduce the company’s issued share capital. Peel Hunt and Stifel Nicolaus have been appointed as brokers; the programme runs until 30 September 2026 or the business day before the 2026 AGM, provides for the purchase of up to 6,209,684 shares, and will be carried out on the open market in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulations and the AIM rules. » More on de.investing.com
