A2Gold signed a binding letter of intent to acquire a 100% interest in the Taylor silver‑gold project in White Pine County, Nevada, from White Pine Precious Metals. The deal involves the issuance of 8,662,881 common shares worth about C$10 million and a deferred cash payment of $1 million (payable quarterly).
