Actinium shows strong preclinical efficacy of ATNM-400 in NSCLC models
Actinium presented preclinical data on ATNM-400, an Actinium-225–linked radioconjugate for non‑small cell lung cancer, at the Society of Nuclear Medicine annual meeting. In KRAS‑mutant models, ATNM-400 as monotherapy outperformed the KRAS inhibitors sotorasib and adagrasib and enhanced their tumor‑cell killing when combined. In EGFR‑mutant models, ATNM-400 achieved 75% tumor growth inhibition versus 40% for osimertinib; the combination produced complete tumor regressions in all treated mice. The target antigen was detectable in approximately 98% of NSCLC tumors, and investor assessments see upside potential for the stock despite high cash burn. » Más en de.investing.com
Actinium presents preclinical data on ATNM-400 and Actimab‑A at AACR on April 21
Actinium will present posters with unpublished preclinical data on April 21 at the AACR annual meeting for ATNM-400 (an Ac‑225 radioconjugate for solid tumors) and Actimab‑A (a therapy for AML/MDS). ATNM-400 showed activity in models of metastatic, castration‑resistant prostate cancer as well as non‑small cell lung and breast cancer; Actimab‑A data illuminate a mechanism described as “transcriptional reprogramming.” The presentations are part of the session block “Radiopharmaceutical Platforms for Theranostic Precision Oncology”; Actimab‑A is being co‑developed with the National Cancer Institute. The stock is trading near its 52‑week low and the company reports high liquidity. » Más en de.investing.com
Actinium Pharmaceuticals rises after promising preclinical data on ATNM-400
Actinium Pharmaceuticals' stock rose about 3.7% after the presentation of new preclinical data on ATNM-400 at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium 2025. The Actinium-225–based antibody‑radioconjugate showed strong antitumor activity in several breast cancer models, including hormone receptor‑positive, triple‑negative and treatment‑resistant tumors, with a favorable tolerability profile. The data demonstrated irreversible double‑strand DNA breaks caused by the alpha‑emitter payload; Actinium plans to advance ATNM-400 as a monotherapy and in combinations and sees potential also in prostate and non‑small‑cell lung cancer. » Más en de.investing.com
