ADM Energy disputes the amount claimed and notes that HMRC described the outstanding sum as less than 50% of the claim asserted in the petition. The company has appointed Gunnercooke LLP as legal counsel, agreed a short-term financing arrangement with TN Black Gold and is seeking additional funds.
