Airtel Africa reported revenue growth of 29.5% to $6.4bn for the year ended March 31, 2026, and a 128% increase in earnings per share to $0.186. The EBITDA margin rose to 49.3% and reached 50.3% in the fourth quarter, with EBITDA up to $3.16bn. Airtel Africa plans, after completing a formal tender process, to appoint Ernst & Young LLP as auditor for the year ending 31 March 2028. The appointment requires shareholder approval at the 2027 annual general meeting; Deloitte will remain auditor for the years ending 31 March 2026 and 2027.
