Algo Grande Copper has begun a roughly 8,000-meter phase II drilling program at the Adelita project in Sonora, with new drill pads and earthworks underway. The aim is to further test Cerro Grande and to evaluate expansion zones and targets such as Cerro Potrero South and Las Trancas, turning a single discovery into a district-wide mineralized corridor. Algo Grande Copper has completed the first drilling phase on the Adelita project in Sonora and reports peak values of up to 3.9% copper equivalent. At the Cerro Grande target (skarn), four drill holes totaling 1,998 metres were completed.
