Almirall reported net sales of €291.0m for Q1 2026, slightly below analysts’ expectations of €294.15m but up 2.2% year‑on‑year. The dermatology business in Europe drove growth, particularly biologics: Ebglyss doubled to €41.9m and Ilumetri grew 11.8% to €61.6m, with Ilumetri targeting peak sales of €300m. EBITDA was €67.5m with a margin of 23.2%; results were weighed down by higher license payments. Net debt to EBITDA remained very low at 0.1x.
