APA announces the acquisition of Savant Alaska LLC for an upfront payment of about $70 million plus contingent additional payments. The deal includes the Nutaaq pipeline (~80,000 barrels/day), roughly 104,000 gross acres and about 1,500 barrels/day of current production, and increases APA’s position on the eastern North Slope to around 487,000 gross acres.
