Aris Mining has filed a new base shelf prospectus in Canada and a corresponding F-10 registration with the US SEC, replacing its 2024 prospectus. The move is intended to preserve financing flexibility; there are currently no plans to issue securities. Aris operates the Segovia and Marmato gold mines (2025: about 257,000 ounces) and is advancing expansion projects, including a second mill already completed at Segovia and construction of a large Marmato mine with a CIP plant, with first production expected in Q4 2026; the target is annual production of about 500,000 ounces.
