Atrium Therapeutics has received a $15 million milestone payment from Bristol Myers Squibb after delivering a development candidate for a cardiac RNA-based therapeutic. The collaboration targets discovery, development and commercialization of RNA therapies for cardiovascular diseases; Bristol Myers Squibb will assume future clinical development, regulatory approval and commercialization. Under the agreement, Atrium can receive up to about $1.35 billion in R&D milestones, up to about $825 million in commercial milestones and tiered royalties in the low double-digit percentage range.
